Matira Beach – Bora Bora

While in the tropical paradise of Bora Bora in late October, my husband and I took a boat and bus over to the gorgeous Matira Beach on the main island. We had read somewhere that it is ranked among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world –  and we could see why. We spent a few hours taking in the incredible views of white sand and crystal clear water. The turquoise water turned to strips of cobalt blue in the distance. Truly, it was heaven on earth for the entire week. Looking at these images takes me back, and I can hear the waves and feel the white powdery sand beneath my feet. Re-living and anticipating trips, especially during the cold winter months, keeps me inspired and makes my heart happy.
